INFUSION

To create our amaro, we carefully select some of the finest spices and use the most fragrant herbs found in nature.
Through an infusion, we add the herbs and spices to a solution of alcohol and water, and let them sit for a few days.

OUR SECRET

Amaro Mediterraneo is the natural evolution of a story. The final destination of a long journey, where recipes and secrets have been handed down for generations.
A long-acquired artisanal experience makes our amaro special.

BOTTLING

During this last phase, Amaro Mediterraneo is bottled, labeled, and then shipped around the world.
Finally ready to be enjoyed by all!

EXTRACTION

This is the crucial stage. The most intense part of the infusion of herbs and spices is extracted. The soul of our Amaro Mediterraneo.

BLEND

The extract is then mixed with caramelized sugar, a water and alcohol solution, and essential oils.
